Episode 5

Steve and Lori Stenstrom join us today. Steve played his college football at Stanford from 1991-1994, where he set numerous passing records. He was selected in the fourth round of the 1995 NFL Draft by the Kansas City Chiefs. After a season in KC, he would sign on with the Chicago and play four seasons with the Bears and then another year in 1999 with San Francisco. After two stints with the Lions and Broncos, Steve would retire from the NFL in 2001 and go into sports ministry. Today, he is the president of Professional Athletes Outreach, a pro sports ministry in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. 

Lori is a is a former All American and NCAA champion swimmer at Stanford and also coached high school girls swimming in Colorado. She is currently serving with her husband Steve at Professional Athletes Outreach. 

On this episode, we talk to Steve an Lori about serving in college ministry, saying yes to Christ, parenting advice and leadership.
