Episode 11

Nolan Arenado is a third baseman with the Colorado Rockies. Selected in the second round of the 2009 MLB Amateur Draft by Colorado, Nolan made his MLB debut four years later in April of 2013. Since arriving in Denver, he's been one of the best players to ever wear a Rockies uniform.

During his seven year career, he's won seven Gold Glove awards, made five All-Star teams, and led the National League in Home Runs three times. At just 28 years old, Nolan is already considered one of the greatest defensive third baseman in MLB history.

Nolan joins Matt and Leslee today to talk about the influence his parents had on his life, the importance of giving back, what he's learned in his first year of marriage, and the leadership lessons he's learned from being around veterans like Troy Tulowitzki, Todd Helton and Matt Holliday.
