Episode 12

Jaime García played 10 seasons as a Major League Baseball pitcher. He was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 22nd round of the 2005 MLB Amateur Draft. Three years later, he made his MLB debut with St. Louis in July of 2008 against Pittsburgh.

Jaime pitched 8 seasons (2008, 2010-2016) with the Cardinals and helped St. Louis to a World Series championship in 2011. After stints in New York, Atlanta, Minnesota, Toronto and Chicago, he retired from baseball following the 2018 season.

On today's episode, Matt and Leslee talk to Jaime about their time together in St. Louis, his incredible journey to professional baseball, how he grew in his faith with Christ during his career and now seeing his family come to Jesus today.
