As you all know, we are here in this very interesting time together amidst this Coronavirus.

In this episode, I’m laying out all my fears, anxiety, all my insecurities, and the feeling of being stuck during these times of uncertainties. I walk you through my process of how I’m dealing with all of these negative emotions as we navigate through this unfamiliar territory.

So, I hope you are all coping well and know that what you might be feeling - whether you’re feeling stuck, anxious, angry, sad - you’re allowed to feel to process this situation in your own way.
I hope this episode gives you the courage to keep moving forward, to put one foot in front of the other.
