Today, I’m very excited to take you behind-the-scenes of my mom life! My 8-year-old joins me on this episode for a casual conversation.

My children are the biggest motivating factor in my life. As a mom who juggles too many things, that mom guilt kicks in often, that feeling of not being able to give my children all the attention they deserve. Sometimes we don’t know what goes on in their heads, what they actually feel about things, how their day was - we miss out on these little moments!

I hope this will serve as a reminder to all of us moms and even dads out there that you have everything you need. And in those moments where you don’t feel your best, you are enough and your children will love you no matter what. Spend time with your children, give them that one-on-one time, ask them questions, sing with them, laugh with them, tell them how special they are - just spend time with each other because, at the end of the day, it’s these little moments that make life worthwhile.
