Alicia (uh-lee-shuh) is the associate pastor at CrossRoads Community Church of the Nazarene in Palo Alto, California. She's a student at Fuller Theological Seminary where she's finishing an MDiv with an emphasis in Theology & Culture. As a writer, Alicia has created a variety of resources to shepherd people through the liturgical year and to cultivate holistic and inter-generational spiritual formation practices (check out her website www.aliciamcclintic.com for this year's advent series, lenten reflections, and other content). She's passionate about supporting and advancing women in ministry, and she is a key organizer for a new and growing group of local women theologians and seminarians in the California Bay Area.
