It has been a big part of our early journey but it is also a hard concept to grasp at times, so the Doctor answers a listener's question about the nature of the Atman. The Gita says "You are that", meaning you are the Atman. The doctor illustrates this by differentiating the Knower, the Known, and the Knowledge as well as asking "Where does the heat come from?"
