Integration is the final step of our sacred journey of the self. To Choosing Love Instead, we MUST see our selves as an integral part of the whole, not separate or less than. This IS a universal truth we often live outside of. But it is the truth that we need to LEAN into most.
Offering the fruits of your labor for the sake of love, to something bigger than just your pleasure alone. Claiming your inner divinity, choosing love instead, is how you embody and anchor your unflinching WHY, in all you do.

Albert Einstein said: There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.

Choosing to live like life is a miracle is the only way to find lasting peace and inspiration we need to see our thoughts as constructs not of WHO WE ARE, but as part of the fleeting experience of being human.

Self Inquiries for this final week!! Don't forget to email your Q&A [email protected]

What contributes to your calmness and balance?

What tools can you use to achieve this?

How long does it last?

How can you recalibrate that feeling throughout the day?

What can reality draw you back to center?

What is your definition of SELF (big S), separate from the ego?

What ways to you express this sense of self in your life and the world around you?

Where do you feel separate from all of life and creative consciousness?

How can you fill the gap?

What is your vision of the ultimate expression of integration of self?

What is your definition of divinity, god/goddess or creative consciousness?

How do you connect to that energy?

What archetype do you identify with most?

Where do you see yourself and divinity/creative consciousness as separate?

How can you be in service not just to humanity, but the divine expression of life?

If every act was an act of love and service, how would that change how you show up?

How can you initiate your self, into the SELF of all of existence?

Write a declaration of your commitment to love, claiming your birth-rite as an equal participant of life. Claim your sovereignty and where you are DONE playing small. Declare that alcohol is no longer a part of who you are or what your purpose is in this life.

Remember it’s not what you do, but how you do it.
