Fly Fish Ohio presents the Strymph!

Oct 03 2010 14 mins   8
Welcome to the show for August 2010. Our fly this month is Harry Murray's Strymph. The strymph is a productive conflagration of a wooly bugger, Shenk's white streamer and a buggy fur nymph like the Casual Dress. Full of internal motion and translucency, this Strymph can be fished as both a streamer and a nymph. It's one fly you can leave on your tippet all day - and fi you're fishing for smallmouth bass it's just about all the fly you'll need!
