The sister and brother of Moses oppose him because of his "Cushite wife." Then they assert themselves as leaders that God can speak to just like He does to Moses. God hears their pride and prejudice and His anger "burned against them." Their story is a good reminder for us to examine any pride or prejudice in our hearts, confess it as sin, and ask God to give us a new heart toward others.
