If you are in California and you have legal business entity you have to file your Statement of Information with the Secretary of State timely. You can do it online with the SOS. The fee is $25, however if you don't file on time it will jump to $225. And if you don't file at all you will be suspended and then you have to go through a whole new process to get it back online. The SOI has to be filed every single year and they send you a little tiny postcard, but if not go online and see if it is time for you to file. Get it done.
