Fellow business owners, how do you help your own wellbeing?

Since starting my business in 2014 there have been the obvious stressors that come with the launch and getting going. Similarly, my father took ill and then sadly past away and for the best part of 2 years led me down the depression rabbit hole. Until recently my mental and physical health deteriorated due to both of the above factors - but found a way out.

My religious routine is to walk daily, stand up regularly whilst working at my desk and complete a 40-60min workout at least 4x per week.
