Garrick is currently the President of the Huddle Up Foundation of Houston, which is a nonprofit organization created by former NFL athletes working in around the communities they live in and serve. He is responsible for overseeing the education and exposure of criminal/social justice reform along with community/economic development in Houston and surrounding areas. Before his elected position with HUFOH, Garrick Co-Founded the States Developmental Football League in which he serves as commissioner. His journey in business and sports has been featured in several magazines and journals throughout the years. Garrick played five seasons in the National Football League, as well as five seasons in the Canadian Football League. He is also a huge advocate for celebrating diversity and leading inclusively.
