For the 69th episode of The Scottish Independence Podcast it's back to the parliament, with Joan McAlpine MSP as the guest.
Being a member of the Scottish Parliament is however only one of Joan's activities as amongst other things she is also a journalist at The Daily Record, has written various books, blogs at Go Lassie Go, and was a speechwriter for Alex Salmond.
