The Og Pod is live and a day late! Sorry about that but a lack of sleep and, apparently, acid reflux? A first for me, conspired to make me feel that maybe I was having a mild heart attack and one does not ignore chest pains when one is over 50. Seven very boring hours in the ER later, I got a clean bill of health, much to my, and my family’s relief, but no time to finish this podcast up. Alas.
