Gilly Bow is a yoga teacher from Greystones and a mental health advocate ♡ she started her wellness page during covid to create a little community and support space for anyone who was having troubles with their mental health. Gilly then completed her yoga teacher training as a addition to this page and has been teaching for 2 years in her hometown. She has studied elements of somatic therapy , trauma informed yoga, energy anatomy and hopes to continue her studies into a 500 hour teacher training.
