This is one of the past life experiences that turned up my courage in the face of my fears of being out and loud about my interest in and experience with past lives and other realms where we can access our power to heal and gain insights that help us in our lives today. Seeing this past life unfold also lends insights on the constriction I often feel in my neck/throat area. This constriction, which has nearly disappeared since reliving these scenes.
I also got to meet one of my spirit guides for the first time. I have 3 of them that I know of and this was the 3rd one that I had met. See what she's like and how she helps me too!
