Tell us a little bit about your background and what attracted you to the interaction of business processes and technology automation. Topic 2 - For anyone that isn’t familiar with the concept of RPA (Robotic Process Automation), can you give us a brief overview of the business problem it attempts to solve and the basic technology behind it?
