Excited to bring you this episode with Heather, maybe better known to some of you as That Girl With 4S - @chewwithyourmouthclosed, her social media account. She’s also quite active in forums helping people make sense of their miso and the the miso of family members. She’s been doing this for years. Heather came on and actually brought, her boss Michael. So we get to talk all about their experiences obviously, what it’s like to have multiple miso at work, Heather talks about her insights from having to talked to so many families about miso over the years, and Michael is sort of the opposite, having been pretty private about his miso due to years of bad experiences from speaking up, so we hear that perspective. They both work at an addiction treatment recovery center, so for the Miso List shout out this week I want to highlight that company, Omega Recovery, in downtown Austin, Texas.
