When I starting recording season 2 back in September, I had no idea that we would find ourselves in the midst of a global pandemic. So many industries have been hit hard, especially the restaurant and food truck industry. I believe it’s critical now more than ever that we come together and support each other however possible. One way we can do is continue to share stories that make us smile, grow, and shed tears when needed. For that reason, I’m so excited to talk to you St Petersburg Florida to meet our first guest of the season, Sara Fludd, owner of Pop that Waffle Food Truck. Now look, I thought I knew everything there was to know about waffles, but after to talking to Sara, clearly I had a lot to learn!
