Andi Toma transforms A08’s “Water” into a true tribal peaktime monster, infused by electrifying percussive elements and chopped vocal bits.
Andi Toma is a founding member of Mouse on Mars, one of the most influential and versatile electronic projects from Germany. Since 1993, Andi Toma and his band partner Jan St. Werner have recorded 15 albums and collaborated with major names including New York music icon Moondog, The Fall singer Mark E. Smith and avant-pop band Stereolab. In addition to Mouse on Mars, the duo founded the sonig label, which provides a platform for experimental music. Andi Toma, born in Düsseldorf, lives and works in Berlin.
