Judge Amul Roger Thapar serves on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and is a Distinguished Teaching Scholar with the CCCG at Notre Dame. He is a former United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and former United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
Judge Thapar will be speaking on his newly released book, "The People's Justice: Clarence Thomas and the Constitutional Stories that Define Him."
