BANG! @southernvangard #radio presents the #WeAreTheGard A3C Recap interview session! If you didn’t hear already, our A3C showcase with Speakeasy Promotions was out of this world. In case you need a refresher - Bumpy Knuckles, Opio of Souls of Mischief, Breakbeat Lou, Kev Brown, J57, The Architect, Nowaah The Flood, Camoflauge Monk, Rasheed Chappell, J Scienide, Billie Essco, DayTripper, Bozack Morris, Sixman and Dillon & Batsauce were on the bill - but we also had a TON of surprise guests show up. The Architect & Nowaah brought along Ca$ablanca, Bozack brought Heem Stogied, J57 got Ras Kass & El Gant from Jamo Gang to get on stage and do a few joints - it was a sight to be seen. If that wasn’t enough - the one and only Large Professor dropped in and did a surprise 4 song set with Lou at the end of the night! And if THAT wasn’t enough - there were celebrities everywhere in attendance - DJ Premier, Lord Finesee, Diamond D, Dj Hurricane, Dionne Farris and more - it was a hip-hop Disneyland folks. The only thing to do this week was for Meeks & Doe to break down what happened that night, alongside our good friend and green room security for the event, DJ Pocket, who was in-studio to give us his perspective on the night and the rest of A3C.
