Futurist Trond Arne Undheim interviews Furqan Nazeeri, Partner at Extension Engine, the online education platform consulting firm.

In this conversation, they talk about what learning is all about, how COVID-19 both (in)validates and facilitates online learning. They discuss online learning platforms, the best approaches at the moment, and where we are headed in the next decade.

The takeaway is that online learning as it was practiced for 20 years was invalidated by COVID-19 and we don’t yet have the answer to what it must become. Having said that, the best universities are doing something right.
