This is episode 7 on the Enneagram, with a focus on the so-called "heart" or "image" types — the 2s (Helpers), 3s (Achievers), and 4s (Individualists). The Enneagram, which focuses on personal and spiritual growth, is one of the most well developed models of personality out there. Although not a scientific model, it has been used effectively by theologians, spiritual directors, therapists, laypeople, and a number of others to articulate what drives us, and what might lead to greater wholeness, awareness and fulfillment.
