We discuss a “Hangover” feeling after a pretty stacked week. There is an interesting overarching pull to follow a structure during the podcast and we remind ourselves and the listeners that this life and podcast is a journey, not a finished product.
The GYST Life is about intentionally creating a fulfilling experience and the doesn't look a certain way. A life you love is to be created from nothing, in the present moment and authentically as lived. There is a time to be planned, structured and scripted, this is not one of those times.
