Ep 188 - As we edge ever closer to the end of 2019 and the start of 2020, we are starting possibly our most important podcast miniseries for you titled, "What's Real Happiness?" This miniseries will flow through the entire concept of happiness versus fulfillment. Joy versus purpose, and why the later is so much more important than the former.
I'll be covering topics of the power of goals, taking personal responsibility, finding stability, setting limits to increase happiness, and so much more. I really can't wait, and hopefully you have already hit PLAY!
For the next couple weeks, BOTH weekly episodes will follow this mini series. By early January we will return to our regular Teaching Tuesday and Interview Friday format.
