Ep # 139 - My guest this week is Jarrod Castillo, a peak performance coach for young adults and the creator of the WOLF method. Jarrod guides young adults and helps them to make the next big leap in their lives. He is a professional acrobat, a movement enthusiast, a multi-sport state level college champion, and an active participant in AcroYoga. Throughout his time in college, Jarrod completed over 300 hours of volunteer service, worked part-time, and graduated debt free. He earned Magna Cum Laude Honors with degrees in both Education and Psychology.
Partway through college, he suffered a car accident that led to months of recovery and interrupted his life path. Almost immediately after the accident, he also suffered the loss of a very close friend. These two events led him into mental health issues and depression which created major difficulties in his life. Only after completing countless hours of personal development, reading, online education, workshops, seminars, meditation, and guidance from coaches and mentors, he was able to transcend the problems in his life.
Jarrod's goal is to now use his education and experiences to provide other youths with the same support and encouragement he received so that they can too be on a fast track to success, fulfillment, and achievement.
