It's week two of my healing series! Today I have Dr. Katie Nall on the show. Dr. Nall is a sought-after speaker, mathematician, and author. She is also a certified practitioner in EFT (emotional freedom technique).
Today Dr. Nall will tell us all about how the process of tapping works with your body and mind to rid yourself of negative emotions such as worries, anxieties, fear, frustration, and stress. She'll share the steps of tapping and walk us through the various tapping points on our bodies.
