Hello and welcome back to the Noobie Dentist podcast in this great episode I talk to an impressive soon to be dentist Luke Shapiro! Luke is a final year dental student at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine and is headed into an orthodontics residency! A very impressive guy, Luke is also a fellow “side hustler” and a fantastic one at that! He is the man behind @FutureDentists on Instagram and Snap Chat and has played an important role in providing insight into dental schools across the world. He is also involved with IgniteDDS and is passionate about dentistry, helping future dentists and will by all accounts be an important figure in dentistry over the next 20 years! We had a great chat talking about his dental journey, plans for the future, role of social media and a recurrent and important theme that I’m truly passionate about; the millennial side hustle!
