One thing I always like to do is to ask for feedback. I want to know what's working and not working. It doesn't help you in the longterm to be surrounded by "yes men". You need to surround yourself with people who will give you honest and constructive criticism so you can always grow and get better. When I'm around someone who has been doing something a lot longer than I have or at a much higher level than I have, I always view those encounters as important opportunities to glean wisdom from their experience and am prepared with questions to ask.
