After having a near-death experience secondary to alcohol poisoning at age 13, then a kidnaping, rape and near murder at age 14, Coreen Zalot found the desire, the courage and the means to heal and transition from victim to victor.
By subsequently becoming a Nurse, certified health and wellness coach and yoga instructor, and by tirelessly keeping us informed on her Facebook page of research and medical breakthroughs about Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and other matters that effect our health, she is pointing to a way we can break free from allowing anger, resentment and bitterness from personal traumas to control our actions and effect our lives.
