It's FRIDAY!!!
In today's episode I'm diving into a chapter of my life that’s incredibly personal, painful, and profound—my father’s journey with mental health and the loss that came with it. Talking about him isn’t easy, but it’s necessary because his story, like so many others, highlights the reality of struggles that often remain hidden until it’s too late. I want to share his story not just to honor his memory, but to shed light on the quiet battles many people face in silence. This episode might be hard to listen to, but if it opens up just one conversation, helps someone feel less alone, or encourages someone to reach out for help, then it’s worth every word.
