Certified in meditation, breath work, and yoga, she integrates these disciplines into her creative endeavors. Her poetry collections include Explorations of a Cosmic Soul, The Rose That Blooms in the Night, and The Words Left Unspoken, each exploring themes of self-discovery, love, and personal growth. She also wrote an amazing fantasy novel, Legends of Lemuria.

In addition to her writing, Allie co-founded We Are Warriors, a mental health and wellness community that fosters connection and personal development.
