Carrie Wiita is a marriage and family therapist trainee (supervised by Kathie Adams, LMFT #41403) and the cohost of the Very Bad Therapy podcast. She also is an actress with 10+ years in the industry before focusing on her therapy practice. Carrie is here to talk with me about self-care during these strange, troubling times. Please note, this was our first Zoom podcast and the quality is not as good as usual right now, but we are working on it and hope to have something even better for next week's episode.
