When a giant UFO appears above Japan, seven individuals psychically link with powerful armor in order to defend the planet from the invader. A high school student named Soya unwittingly finds himself at the center of this battle, but his enemy is not the UFO. Rather, his enemy is the pilots who seek to destroy it.
