If you were a God able to impose your will on your people, how would you get them to communicate with each other? That was the premise I started with on this Season 2 opener and it led to what I call the 10 Commandments of Effective Communication. These are 10 principles of effective communication that I believe will transform your impact as a communicator. If you need to be able to connect and persuade (whether at work, in leadership, in politics etc) then you have to find a way to communicate in a way that they will understand and respect (which is my definition of effective communication).
