Erika shares her story as a single mother beating the odds to run a successful business filled with loyal students, amazing supporters, and a string of horses sure to keep her name at the top of many an event score sheet. Erika talks about her relationship with her sponsors as well as her passion for fitness and nutrition which led her and her partners to start "Fit in the Saddle".
