A common problem I run into with the clients I work with is they feel guilty about the passing of a loved one. There may be circumstances where some guilt can be rationalized. (We can talk about that at another time). I'm talking about guilt over things beyond our control, guilt about things that we couldn't possibly have known or prevented if we had known. When we're going through grief, sometimes it seems that we look for reasons to feel even worse. Please do not do this to yourself. Let's talk about why you feel guilty and see if we can do something about it. Support the show (https://www.patreon.com/grief2growth)
