As the Franklin Fire raged through Malibu early Tuesday morning, Pepperdine University officials announced a shelter-in-place order was issued and urged students on campus to go to the Payson Library and the Tyler Campus Center. Henry Adams, a journalist with the student newspaper, the Pepperdine Graphic, spoke with L.A.'s Morning News about it.
