Stu Nugent is a man of many talents, Content Creator, Youtuber, Writer, Marketer and Podcaster to name but a few, but perhaps his greatest talent is the ability to survive, recover and thrive in the face of a gripping addiction to alcohol and a long dark journey into hell.

Stu has written a book about his experiences "Just Crazy Enough To Work", which includes his attempt to cycle the infamous "Northern Silk Road" in a state of drunken abandon and is characteristically reminiscent of Joseph Conrad's "Heart of Darkness". Tales of robbery, corruption, imprisonment and eventually... repatriation abound, chronicleing one alcoholic's descent into oblivion. What follow's is the customary slow, winding, crawl back to sobriety.
