Losing your period is a real health concern. A lot of women are losing their period due to high amounts of exercise, not eating enough, and putting their bodies under too much stress. The result can be a condition known as hypothalamic amenorrhea-or loss of your period. I will be discussing HA from a patient perspective, as I'm dealing with it right now, and hopefully point you in the right direction towards healing your body if you've lost your period as well.
