Speed of implementation is key. -Keep in touch with the mentor Dr. Etchison explains… -It its not in the calendar, it doesn’t get done. It needs to be a priority. -With specifics to the dental practice: 1) focused more on reappoint rate and expanding hygiene. 2) focused on training the team so that you spend less time in the hygiene ops so you can see three hygienists at once. -It’s not always about the practice.
