Scott Haima’s life work has been intergenerational, masculine, discipleship. This passion was developed as early as age 10 when his Dad started a Royal Rangers Outpost in Trenton, Michigan. Scott was very active in this until 1999, when he became active in Christian Service Brigade (CSB). Professionally Scott took a few paths before full-time ministry. He served in the United States Air Force. A second path led to finance positions at Price Waterhouse-Coopers, Buffalo Sabres, and Merchants Insurance Group. In 1999, a third path developed. He was asked to serve on the Board of Directors for CSB Ministries in 2009 then felt the call to accept the full-time position of Regional in 2010. In 2015 Scott was selected as President of CSB Ministries. Scott has three sons and one daughter. Still active at his local church, speaks regularly at men’s breakfasts, events, and Iron Sharpens Iron men’s conferences, and is working on becoming an Adirondack 46er. It is his fervent prayer to see godly men take responsibility to serve, lead, and disciple each generation. https://www.facebook.com/CSBMinistries Boots on the Ground Challenge you to get into an accountability group of 2-5 other guys.
