Biography
Dr. Joseph Burkes is a board certified specialist in internal medicine with four decades of experience in patient care. Dr. Burkes has been a volunteer UFO contact/disclosure activist since 1992 working with the CE-5 community, MUFON, and the Peruvian contact network now called Rahma. He is co-author of a chapter on UAP healings drawn from the FREE Experiencer Survey.
