A Montana judge handed down a 30-day jail sentence to a former teacher who admitted he repeatedly raped a 14-year old former student. The student killed herself before she turned 17. The perpetrator got 30 days in jail. Outraged? So is the Montana National Organization for Women. They have filed a complaint with the state Judicial Standards Commission demanding the judge’s ouster. Marian Bradley, State President for the Montana National Organization for Women, will join us Saturday morning to talk about the situation with Judge Baugh, what’s going on with the recall, and whether this case is unusual. Saturday, 11 am, at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/3women3ways. You can listen at any time by accessing the archived shows at that location, or call in live at 646-378-0430.
