Weekly live webcast/podcast devoted to discussion of news and politics from the perspective of Ayn Rand's philosophy, Objectivism. Hosted by Amy Peikoff. Tonight's show will begin with an interview with Brittney Fay Rivera, Director of Development for The Undercurrent. We'll discuss the upcoming student conference, the importance of outreach and coalition-building, as well as common misconceptions about Objectivism that she has come across in her role with The Undercurrent. Afterwards, I'll be joined again by cartoonist Bosch Fawstin and we'll discuss some of the events of the week and more. NOTE: A little over an hour into the show our audio link to the studio was irreparably cut off. We tried to reconnect a few different ways, multiple times, but to no avail. So, once you hear the Vivaldi music in the recorded podcast, you can stop listening, rest assured that there's nothing more of substance. We eventually gave up after about 10 minutes of trying to reconnect. Next show will be in two weeks due to The Undercurrent Conference next weekend. (I see, above, that BTR may have stopped recording after an hour and 4 minutes or so.)
