Katie Donovan-Adekanmbi was due to launch her new business BCohCo in April 2020, then COVID struck and everything changed. Katie talks about how she used it as a time to learn and grow. Very quickly what had seemed to be a huge challenge for the business became a perfect storm for collective learning, giving the business more opportunities. BCohCo, stands for building cohesive communities and it provides learning, development and Consultation in: DICE Diversity Inclusion Cohesion Equality BCohCo works across the 9 protected characteristics, however, due to the Black Lives Matter movement, their customers are currently mostly concerned about their inclusion in relation to ethnicity, that is where people currently want to develop skills.
