Don Costa shares his incredible story of how he was a successful real estate investor prior to the economic crash in 2007 and 2008 and lost everything due to lack of systems and accountability. Don suffered several humbling moments from using quarters to pay for gasoline and having his credit card declined to purchase dinner for his family. He used these moments as motivation to create a real estate investing business that is truly run like a business. He implemented systems, processes and accountability throughout his organization. Several years later, he is now flipping over 100 houses a year in the Fresno, California market with an average of 100 days from close to close. Don is also the host of the Flip Talk podcast and the Next Level Immersion Mastermind. Mr. Costa has cemented himself as a leader in the real estate investing community with goals of moving further into the education of investors in the near future.
