This is probably the most important podcast EVER! Not only for ESLers, but everyone in general. Stages of the memory process goes like this: taking in information, retaining it, encoding it, recalling it. Most people achieve only the first two stages, thus why they're never able to do well on tests and forget frequently. When you master the encoding and recall, that's when you become the best learner out there. This is how young teenagers get into the likes of Duke, John Hopkins, Cambridge and other universities. It's because they're excellent at memorizing information.
